Went back to the doctor on Friday and took another round of X-rays. It showed a little bit of healing, but not as much as a normal person would have by now. I'm convinced my body just heals at a slower rate. She put me in a cast... from my toes up to mid-shin, so it's not that bad. It's more to slow me down than anything. With the wrap and shoe, she said I'm still probably more active than most people and it wasn't slowing me down enough.
The cast is doing the job. It's such a pain to move around, that I tend to sit with my feet up. I hate it, but not much more I can do for the next three weeks.
I'm flying out today, so airport security should be interesting. :)
Well, gotta finish packing.

Get that foot better. Sounds like you are listening to your Dr well. have a safe and fun trip.
Oh my! I could not imagine having a cast and fly with it on.
Hopefully with the cast it will have a better chance at healing. You probably have been too active for the mobile boot. How long might you have to wear it?
My doctor says I heal fast. Too bad I can't do that for you!
