HOWEVER, Detroit is really working hard to turn things around and show others that there are lots of great things going for the city. We are turning things around and hopefully all will see that in the (near?) future. I'm proud to say I'm from The "D" (okay, really live in the burbs, but I work downtown)!
P.S. If you ever wanted to know what my office looks like... here you go. The big one on the right. Isn't it beautiful!?!?! It's a great view of the river, into Canada and southern Michigan.
